Delete Your Thymer Account

To delete your Thymer account and associated data:

  1. Log in to your Thymer account at login.thymer.com.
  2. Go to Settings > Close Account.

If you have trouble logging in or cannot access Close Account, request account deletion by emailing [email protected].

What happens to your data

Your notes and attached files are end-to-end encrypted; Thymer cannot read their contents. Closing your Thymer account removes access to all its workspaces and schedules your account information and synced workspace data, including encrypted notes and files, for permanent deletion. Other members of those workspaces will also lose access.

We may keep web request logs, crash reports, and backup copies for an additional period where reasonably necessary for operations, security, recovery, or legal obligations. The period varies with the reason for retention; afterward, we delete or anonymize that data. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
