Keyboard shortcuts
These are the defaults. The command palette (⌘PCtrl+P) shows the shortcut next to each action, and Help: Keyboard Shortcuts in the palette opens this list inside the app. The tables list the Mac keys first, and the column for your computer stands out. Elsewhere in these docs, shortcuts show the keys for your computer; the ⌘/Ctrl button at the top of the page switches between Mac and Windows and Linux.

Some actions have no key until you give them one in Settings: duplicate line, delete line, insert a line above, switch to the next or previous workspace, show or hide teammates’ cursors, and Toggle pause/resume syncing, Thymer’s airplane mode. All of them are in the command palette.
Change a shortcut
Open Settings → Keyboard Shortcuts. Your bindings are a short text, one line per action, such as "editor.bold": "Ctrl+B", with a help page beside it that names every action. Change the key, add a second line to give an action two keys, or set an action to "" to switch it off. Save, and it works right away. Mac and Windows, and the desktop app and the browser, can each have their own bindings, and your shortcuts sync to your other devices.
